I'm Seb, a product leader building software to solve challenges, improve experiences and have a positive impact at scale. I began working with large brands on conversational AI in 2016, co-founded and led Pattr for nine years, and have run teams in bootstrapped and VC-backed companies across Europe, the US and APAC. I still build, because shipping production apps keeps me close to the work and to the teams I lead.
